The Weapons
The padded weapons used in Jugger are all hand-built by players and made to according to strict guidelines to ensure players safety. They are made up of a set of 'spar' weapons and the chain.
Weapons
3 players on the pitch (4 if there is no chain) will be armed with padded spar weapons. They use these to tag other players, making them take a knee for a set period of time.
Shortsword
85cm long. May be used in conjunction with a Shield or a second Shortsword. Quick and nimble.
Longsword
140cm long. Two-handed grip. Better reach, still fairly quick.
Staff
180cm long. Two-handed grip. Great reach, solid hits.
Q-Tip
200cm long. Two-handed grip. Fast and unpredictable.
Chain
320cm long. Very quick and domineering in the right hands.
Shield
60cm diameter. Used in conjunction with a Shortsword. Useful against most weapons.
